Polyurea: Application example
Complete system for creating a waterproof coating for roof structures and bridge decks, consisting of a membrane based on pure, solvent-free two-component polyurea (Polyurea HM) or a hybrid polyurea membrane (Polyurea HYB), which is characterised by immediate waterproofing and walkability.
The product must be applied using an industrial high-pressure two-component pump onto solid and clean substrates, which have previously been treated with a suitable primer (Epox Grip) for absorbent surfaces or with Polyurea Primer Rapid for existing waterproofing layers.

1. Polyurethane primer
Polyurea Primer Rapid
A fast-drying, single-component polyurethane primer for touch-ups or overcoating of polyurethane and polyurea-based products.
Epox Grip
Epoxy resin for the pre-treatment of absorbent surfaces prior to the application of epoxy or polyurethane resins, or waterproofing products from the Polyurea range. It can be used as a primer or for the creation of quartz-filled epoxy screeds, as it complies with the requirements of standard EN 13813.
2. Polyurea HM or Polyurea HYB
Polyurea HM
A two-component membrane based on pure polyurea, to be applied by spraying using a high-pressure twin-mixer pump for the on-site creation of a waterproof coating on various types of substrate, where high adhesion, elasticity and tear resistance are required.
Polyurea HYB
A two-component hybrid polyurea membrane, to be applied by spraying using a high-pressure bi-mixer pump for the on-site creation of a waterproofing membrane on various types of substrate.
3. Water-based aliphatic finishing
Polyurea Finish
A flexible, UV-resistant, solvent-free acrylic protective coating in water-based dispersion for indoor and outdoor use.
