High-viscosity adhesive for applying EPDM membranes to vertical and horizontal surfaces on façades. Excellent for joining extruded EPDM gaskets.
Apply the sealant to the substrate, creating bonding lines with a cartridge extrusion gun, then, after one minute, apply the EPDM membrane and press down firmly with a manual roller. The distance between the strips must be at least 40 mm, depending on the thickness and weight of the membrane.
Store in the original unopened packaging at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Keep dry and away from direct sunlight until ready to use.
Shelf life is 9 months if stored under the conditions indicated above. Check the production date on each sausage. The product’s shelf life is reduced if stored at higher temperatures.Consumption see technical data sheet
The minimum application temperature is at least 5°C. Flammable: avoid open flames or other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Refer to the safety data sheet.

The actual yield depends on the type of substrate, the application and the thickness of the membrane. For example, in the case of vertical application on wood:
For a 0.5 mm membrane, 50 g of paste per linear metre is required (9 mm wide and 5 mm thick bead).
For a 1.0 mm membrane, 100 g of paste per linear metre is required (14 mm wide and 11 mm thick bead)
After rolling, you should obtain a layer of adhesive 1 mm thick and 4 to 7 cm wide.
