Sitol® Infinity is a hybrid polymer-based adhesive and sealant with fast curing and high initial adhesion, for bonding and sealing all typical materials in the marine industry. Also suitable for civil applications as a high-performance universal adhesive and sealant; suitable as an adhesive and sealant in the automotive and caravan industry. It hardens rapidly by reaction with moisture in the air, or with water itself, forming a permanently elastic mass from -30 to +100 °C, which absorbs vibrations and acoustically insulates the glued elements.
Sitol® Infinity, in addition to being certified by IMO (International Marine Organization) as complying with the MED (Marine Equipment Directive), is classified F-EXT/INT-CC according to EN 15651-1, XS3 according to EN 15651-3 and PW-EXT/INT-CC according to EN 15651-4, i.e. non-structural sealant for façade elements, for sanitary environments and for pedestrian walkways, even in areas with cold climates. It is also certified for food contact according to ISEGA Regulation EC 1935/2004.
The application temperature, both of the environment and of the materials, can vary from +5 °C to +40 °C (ideal temperature between +15 °C and +25 °C). The substrates must be solid, clean and free of oil or dust.

Tool cleaning
While the sealant is still plastic, use acetone or another solvent; after hardening, only mechanically.
Sitol® Infinity must be stored in a dry, cool place. Under these conditions, it will remain stable for at least 12 months. Avoid damp environments, sources of heat and direct exposure to sunlight. Cartridges that have not been completely used up can be stored for approximately 3 months if tightly closed.
